3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We aim to display product colours, dimensions, and materials as accurately as possible, but slight variation between photos and the finished product may occur due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of some materials.

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue a product at our discretion, including after an order has been placed, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of order; we do not store your full card details on our own servers.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and the Fendise name and branding — is the property of Fendise or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reviews, comments, or messages you submit to us must be truthful, non-infringing, and free of unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content. We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content and to suspend access for users who misuse the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fendise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law, including your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

We collect the personal information you provide when you place an order, create an account, or contact us — such as your name, email, shipping address, and payment details — solely to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, and (where you've opted in) send marketing updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
