The Beginning

Why does the pet corner always look like an afterthought?

Fendise began with a plain frustration: everything else in the room had been chosen with care — the sofa, the lighting, the rug — and then a shapeless, brightly patterned pet bed sat in the corner, undoing all of it.

So we set out to design a bed that could hold its own next to good furniture, without giving up an inch of orthopedic support. That meant starting with a veterinary brief, not a mood board, and letting the silhouette follow the function.
